WOW, check this out! WHAT A RACK!

What manual rack should I pick up to replace mine of an 86' 951. Are there different ratios to choose from? Im not replacing to circumvent future leaks. (although that is a plus) I really just wanna simplify everything I can! It would be nice to be able to lose that PS res. , the pump, and of course the belt!
I have also pulled my windshield awsher fluid res. I think that is the best place for me to mount my MAF fuel controller. It looks really neat sitting over there!
On my list, I will also be taking out my head lights too. I was thinking of getting the GT ones but I think it would be alot cleaner to just have the headlight-less nose panel. Maybe a nacca duct feeding into the filter?
But seriously? Manual rack? Does any one have one they'd like get rid of?
I've been seeing a lack of response to my threads, so I used a more provacative name. How's it working?

Well, first off, it worked. As for the rack, I'd recommend against replacing your supple young rack with some old stiff one. My previous 944 was an '83 without PS. Even with the smaller tires of the '83, navigating at slow speed was a chore. I'd suggest that you drive one w/o PS before you change yours over. I would think that any manual rack from '83 and before would be a bolt-in, including those from 924's.
