Lindsey is apparently just like most other vendors I've tried to contact lately. None of them respond, or it takes two weeks to hear something. That's OK, I'm in no rush, but if they aren't going to reply at all, then why have an email address posted on the web site? Just get rid of it.

well If i call from Germany then it would be cheaper just to fly there and pick up the parts by my self ;-)
Some vendors as SFR reply imediately, Other never reply and many of them reply very slow.
If I have an email address on my web site i would reply soon or say that it can take some time. I hate juats waiting for weeks and not even know if tehy got my email.

This should tell you something, support is a quantity that you should consider when making your decision. How can you find out about a product, if you can't make contact..? Also, when your goods arrive in the mail, damaged, or you have a technical question on the install, while your engine is in pieces, how long are you willing to wait for a reply, 2 weeks..? Surely not.
If you can't make contact with the company, email me, and I'll call for you and give the information relayed to me. 944t@bellsouth.net
BTW, where are you in relation to Magdeburg..?
I have a freind there, the town has great history, and is situated on a point of the major river in the area, I cannot remember the name..
He helped me locate a lost freind in BERN Switzerland, by making a phone call for me, so I'm returning the favor to you..

Dave contacted our server Monday after he realized we had not be getting anything online, sure enough the server was down. Anyone that has placed an order in the past week should call and confirm because there is a good chance we never got or will never get it. Things are back in order now.
I just ran a test on my e-mail link from the web sight to make sure they got my new address, I got mixed up in the *** Cable switchover.
