Stealth, LOL, no, I'm not sooo 80's, I consider myself a member of the computer age, but although, I did fit new speakers, (old ones were dry rotted), I can't remember listening to the radio at all yet..
The turbo sound with the K&N is music to my ears..

944turbo, Haven't gotten to a dyno yet to fine tune or verify actual ratings, since I'm undergoing, strut cartridge repacement, and adjustable ride height setup from Paragon.
(Thanks Skip for info & Chuck, Jason, i highly recommend Paragon)..
SFR also, enjoyed trasforming this car with the help from Tim, who knows my mods and said that cars with my same mods should do "300-325hp at the rear wheels pretty easily"
I'll post here when I have dyno sheets...

What's up Luke..
When I state this, You should know "what I mean" more than anyone else, but the time it took to make the changeover, makes ne kind of "forget" wha the old K26 felt like....
We have the same turbo, Luke, with the exception that you chose the #6 hotside, I think I remember a post or email from you, that you got the stage 3 trim turbine blade, which would make for an interesting dyno comparison between our two cars, on the same dyno, of course.
I had trouble originally getting the car to pull hard past 5500, but after tweeking the ARC for a couple of days, it pulls hard to 7000, no real noticable drop off at high end, although I'm quite sure a dyno test would show otherwise.
RE: the lag issue, once again, a dyno would prove valuable here, to verify full boost rpms, but seat of the pants, I'd say 2800-2900 for full boost.
It's pretty hard to keep an eye on the tach in such detail to discern 100-200 rpms, when boost comes on, as well as tinkering with the ARC "on the fly".
Long roads get short very quick, , and you find yourself looking at the road more than the dash.....
Cheers Luke, good luck..
BTW, email me if your unsure when doing the install, I think I have some pics I found the other day, I meant to send the first time.
I promise a quick response, cause like you (read 1st sentence) I know what it's like to be on an island, so to speak...

sounds like we got the right turbo! maybe the #6 will see full boost closer to 2600rpm?
I will be dyno/tuning almost immediately I think. it will also be interesting to see if the fuel
controller on my pro flow will be as up to the task as your MAF's!
I can't wait, and <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" /> , one more time.
Ps. post some pics!!

We should ALL have a dyno day. I'd want to see every one there though. (86944turbo, Tim, John (I know you're busy guys),every one!
