Just wondering. What do you guys pay for the insurance on your 951? Also, post your age, and if you've a clean wreck record. And does having a red one make much of a difference?

A little under $500 a year with full coverage and non insured motorist. Covered by USAA. I'm 32, married with a child. I have 3 cars plus my house insured by them so I think that that helps. No tickets but one accident that was not my fault. I also told them I was putting less than 2000 miles on the Porsche a year.
Oh by the way mine's red, and I believe that they did ask.

I pay about 700 for full coverage, limited to 7500 mils/year. I'm 36, married, no tickets in years and we insure 5 vehicles with Liberty Mutual, plus our house and liability rider.
My record is not totally clean - I wrecked my 993 18 months ago, but it was my first accident claim in almost 20 years of driving. They did put me on 3 years of what amounts to probation, so I drive like a grandma now. At least on my way to the track :-)

About US$1,000 a year with up to 15 K mileage. My daily driver is about $700. One off-road excursion a couple of years ago. I have vintage insurance on a bike that's only $75 a year. Can't wait until the 944's old enough...hope it lives that long.
