How many seals and belts on front of 951?

How many seals and belts on front of 951?
How many shaft seals are there on the front of the 951? How many belts? I know there is a timing belt, but presume there are balance shaft seals too? Finally, if you were going to change a timing belt and a leaking balance shaft seal, would you not change all the others too? Thanks.

Well, let's see...
1) Crankshaft seal... also needs O-ring to seal the oil pump drive gear.
2) Camshaft seal... also needs mylar gasket to seal the wiper. Also a large o-ring and a small gasket.
3) Balance Shaft seals (2) also, 2 mylar gaskets.
Belts:
Timing belt
Balance Shaft Belt
Alternator/AC belt
Power Steering Belt
Change them all at the same time... also, check all of the idler rollers and the water pump for replacement...
