i have an engine from a 1988 944 turbo, 100,xxx miles, no intake manifold, no motor mounts, dented exhaust manifold, k26 turbo(condition unknown), cracked oil pan.

i want to rebuild it with some new performance goodies but i have a crap load of projects right now and would like to know what i could get for it......

let me know what you think i could get if i sell it together or part it

Just a price point, paid $700 for a extremely good condition long block late last year. Motor needed to be resealed for sure (headgasket age was unknown.. all oil seals a must). Motor was dirty but the internals were in great shape.. perfect bores, bearings..etc. Was advertised as 90k miles. I personally thought it was a pretty fair price.
