Post Rabbit/944 bushings

apparently the 944 and the VW rabbit/golf share the same lower control arm.
I replaced the aluminum control arms on my car (944 turbo) with the vw part
and I got some aftermarket bushings for the rear of the arm. Unfortunately
the poly bushing for the front is backordered everywhere. Well I figured
that since the arm is the same, it's likely that rabbit a-arm bushings would
work. So I'm looking for a supplier for the front a-arm bushings in poly or
delrin. Anyone know of one? I imagine they would be like the 944 ones and be
a two piece bushing for each arm yes?

Thanks for any help....

Exclamation

Are you sere about that?

For what I know VW Rabbit and 944 until 85/1 may share the same iron a-arm, since 85/2 944's come with aluminium a-arms. The only difference between VW and 944 iron arms is that the 944's has a hole in the arm to fit the front sway bar.

Regards,

Bruno.

not sure what you mean... Am I sure the bushings will fit? No, not totally. I am sure the arms will fit though
