Post How do you Ground the cycling valve ??

Does anyone know which colour wire you leave connected to the cycling valve. I've been told you remove the T shaped plug and turn it 90 degrees therefore only connecting one wire to one terminal. The other you earth,,,,,,,,,but which to which.
Thanks,

Gary

Just unplug the rubber hose going to the wastegate. Will do the same thing. Plug up the end of the hoses.

With A dual port wastegate can I remove the cyclic valve and just capp off that one rubber hose that led to it?

Yup, make sure you set your aftermarket boost-controller for very little boost initially. Don't want to blow things up. Also make sure you don't have the two lines reversed on the wastegate as well.

OK so the tube is one way but,,,,,, if it was done electrically is it the green & red wire or the blue & red wire that you leave connected? And to which terminal?

Looking at the cycling valve(and being lazy not wanting to get soaking wet on the ground)how would I identify the actual hose going to the wastegate that would be blanked?

Thanks,

Gary

The hose runs out the back side of the CV, out from under the intake-manifold and down to the wastegate. The only other thing around that area of the engine are wires and heater-hoses.
