1) Just above 3k rpms there's a vibration at the shifter, it goes away above and below 3k. My last 951 did the same thing and I'm not sure what causes it, maybe the flywheel is out of balance? I really haven't worried about it but I wouldn't feel right not mentioning it.

Hmmm ..
I have looked for a sound that is coming out of mine at 1800-2000 rpms. I dont see any real vibration at the shifter. I dont worry about it either but I wish I knew what is was. Never below 1700 or so and never after 2000 or so.
I will have to check in to the flywheel or maybe the clutchplate. The clutch is relatively new though.
