That sounds almost dead on. Glad to hear your getting a chance to get back to the track.

Cold day. Did you get the tires up to temp at all? Test and tune day today at the Track? Those are always nice to go to. Welcome back from the bikes! Glad you made it!
Cool video and thank you for posting. JUST one thing. I'm probably not the only one who was a little disappointed to not be able to hear that sexy V8 under the hood.

yes a cooler day and it was lightly misting a fair amount of the time. The open track was just Fri rest of the weekend is PCA. I gotta figure out the GoPro audi because it totally sucks in the plastic case. I want to run the nose bullet cam and the dash cam simultaneously next time - the nose cam gets audio right from the engine bay and gives a reasonable idea of throttle usage

It didn't seem like there was anyone else out on track with you, very empty! How long is TWS? I use a cheap Aiptek HD camera with a remote mounted mic (that I ziptie to my rear license plate mount) and an IO Port rollbar mount. Seems to work really well...

That's what I love about open track days - no groups just a dozen cars or so out testing and tuning. We were running the 2.9 CCW this time. I have an IO Port bar mount as well but this Go Pro rig is so convenient
