Any advice for removing stripped flywheel bolts?

I have had to drill the flywheel to crank bolts before. The hardened nature of them (grade 12.9) makes them difficult to drill and only a high quality bit will do it. Since yours are locktited in use some heat (propane torch) then quench it with your favorite spray lube, it will not harden the bolt any more than it is. The heat will burn or soften the locktite. I have had good luck with a chisel and turning it. Again, make sure it is a good chisel and has a sharp edge on it. If it starts to dull sharpen it.
After you get it out be thankful that it is a 944 and not a 968. There is very little room in there to do this type of work.
