Default Windshielf washer tubing configuration

hey guys....

The tubing and check valves for the windshield/headlight washer system was shot from age. I just received the new check valves from Lindsey (Thx guys) but now need a schematic to show how all the tubing was supposed to be configured. Unfortureately my 968 manual have nothing on this. Does anyone have a scan or any information that will help? I'd like to get my windshiled washer to work!

TIA

Michael

Until my 16 year old inherited my BMW recently I so seldom drove the 951 in rain that the check valves kept gumming up from disuse. I've had pretty good luck unsticking them by letting them soak in hot water and then pushing some water through them with a hose & syringe.

Michael: I have an extra washer pump and an extra tank if the need arises.

Soaking in white vinegar works very well.

Screw taht, pull your shower heads next weekend and soak those! Your showers will be much better and you'll save money!
It works!
