Depends on what space you are wanting to save... My fixed kit (D9) was very quality, but took some time to install, and I lost space behind the headlight compared to stock.

Directly behind the headlight there is less space then stock (with the bracket cut). This is due to placing the actual lamp further back. But there is now usable space under the headlight, since the headlight does not retract.

Plus of course you get rid of all the motor and attached mechanisms that operate the pop ups. Decent weight saving.

well the way to get the most space is do a custom set up in driving light space as it is all square and simple you can put up to 100mm projectors in there and upto 4 sets (not4x100)
