Well, did I assume it was the mount's fault? Clearly not.

My post can be taken both ways. Depends how the reader is willing to understand it and read about the different parts causing that clearance issue. I obviously was not going to be pissed at having to shim engine mounts instead of grinding such a nice billet mount.

Maybe it's just that the elections are making people nervous/overreact

Out of respect, i interpreted it as: you wouldn't want to grind down the beautifully engineered mount because you could just easily shim the mounts and solve the problem

hence why i dont mix. everything is CEP beside the POS cam gear i have

What's wrong with the cam gear? im guessing it doesn't stay locked into set degree?

Its all rusted, doesn't move freely, had to use super locktite, and the bolts are standard. Most important of all doesnt fit the way i would like it too. I used it because it was in a box of parts someone gave me.
