Yes please Sean that would be appreciated mate
P.S. The white 997 with red and blue graphics looks stunning even though I'm no fan of the 997. He looks like an owner with a very very large wallet and set of ***** to go with it

Hmm for some reason those cars don't seem to have the same 'lean' as ours. Wonder why that is? Can't be any electro wizardry and 1200lb springs can it? lol
The pics look great Sean too.

At the track days you and Patrick go to are they mainly made up of the same drivers as I've seen the Evo and Silver 997 in pictures of Patricks before?

I will dig around and find them for you Mark,
our Porsche club trackdays are made up of about 55 cars. mostly the same people each time.
Patrick and Rod also go do some open track days which include a variety of exotic cars

That white 997 rear wing would work well on your car patrick - Got any into on it?
It amazes me that it took the aviation industry so long to add winglets on their wing tips to make the wings more effective and stop vortex associated problems which in a straight plane wing reduces the wings functionality by up to 15% yet automotive racing teams have been using this technology for well over 50 years!

That's a massive wing Mark, but the good news is that I asked an official if we can run a wing and he said "run whatever you want" so that's a good thing. Now we'll just have to figure out what sort of wing and how to mount it up. Sean has some ideas so we'll have a look at it sometime soon. We've got access to Ebay wings which I'll forward you a link to it, unless Sean can? They look okay but that doesn't count for much. I'd love to run something decent, but finances might strike a blow for the budget option.

Oh man that looks like a lot of fun!
Seems you guys did a really good job driving too.
At 1:30 it almost looks like you're trying a scandinavian flick at turn in after the main straight

Yes it really is a lot of fun plus there is definitely an extra edge in the danger aspect. One guy in his new Boxter hit the wall where I have a 'moment' and broke his car and rib so for an uninsured day there is a risk involved.
I wish I could lay claim to the Scandiflick but I was just braking too late and hard and the car got a bit 'ducky-divey'. I was trying to catch up to Sean and just went in a bit too deep from time to time which really kills your laptimes. Need to go slower to go faster. That will be my new mantra...until the red mist descends again. lol.

Nice videos, summer seems to be at it's best down there
Mark, who is Tommy Hakkinen ? Is it what you get when mix former Finnish F1 world champion Mika Häkkinen with former Finnish WRC champion Tommi Mäkinen
Yes the Tommy Hakkinen Evo 6 is won hell of a car out of the box.

Nice one Patrick You and Sean are very closely matched.
That is such a tight and twisty short track I almost felt myself getting frustrated for you to really open her up. The KW's obviously get a good workout

Thanks Olli and Paul.
Actually I wonder if I don't need some stiffer springs. Even though I had the shocks on a soft setting for the morning, Sean jacked the car up and stiffened the fronts up but the rears were left soft. I was concerned with the oversteer action. This may well have been the soft left rear too but I might re think the springs a little. Certainly feels like there is no movement if you push down on the front of the car but that is deceptive at best.
