Default No more 951 :( ... Who wants it?

Alright so its been about a week since this happened so i'm almost over it emotionally ... My brother was driving the car, got into boost a little to early coming around a corner while the road was wet. Definitely not a good combination. Anyways, I don't have time to part the car out as i'm going back to school in a little under two weeks, and need a new car before then So if anyone is interested in buying a great parts car let me know. Here's the specs..

87' 951 with 97k miles on the Engine
I've got all the records on the car, oil changes every 3k miles
New timing belt a year ago
New clutch less then a month ago
New Plugs/ wires less then a month ago
LR Full 3'' Exhaust w/ Borla Muffler
LR Boost Enhancer
LR 3 Bar fuel Pressure Regulator
LR Max 951 Chip
Zimmerman Cross Drilled Rotors w/ Ceramic pads on the front
Turbo S Suspension...
Koni Adjustable front Shocks
MO30 Rear shocks
300# Springs
MO30 Sway bars Front + Rear

The car is Straight, and rolls fine. Just needs some serious attention the the body... Heres the pics

Taking Any offers... 805-441-4018 - Steven

OUCH !!!!!!

That will buff out

I might be interested in a few parts if you part it, or someone buys it to part out

Wow, sorry about the accident. I've been in a similar situation and its just tough when family does it.

I'll be showing my brother this thread next time he asks to drive my car...

Please do this the smart way. Have your insurance know about this, schedule and advisor to come look at the car to compile a total worth for the car. If said amount is a nice amount (will be more then any rennlister will give you), take your deductible out, buy the car back, and get a check. Then go get another 951, swap all your goodies on and part the rest. Everyone thinks wrecking a car is the worst thing, it is not.

I wrecked my '91 S2, got almost 12k out of it, and by the time they tool out deductible and buy back, I got an $8700 dollar check an went and bought my 951 for 10k.

Sometimes things work out. Your lucky to get 3k for that on here, I can guarantee insurance will be well over 6k.

Sorry for your loss. If you can hold onto it and part it yourself, you'll make more, of course.

Sorry to hear about this. Hope folks are OK. Hope you find a ride to your liking. I don't carry collision either. Too much $'s in comparison to the worth of the car.

Is the new owner parting it? If so, how do we go about contacting?
