With 400$ I can either:

Medium Lighten my crankshaft. (Which shaves about 3-4 lbs. I already have an aluminum flywheel and a lightened clutch)
or
Buy an extra oil cooler.

Which would you recommend?

PS the crank has already been "Perp/cross drilled"
I'd go with.... beer.

or maybe a fender mounted machine gun.

You know Sid, i somehow always find that extra $. But this time if i really dont need the mod I dont want it. I still have to factor in lots of $$ for tuning and other crap.

I thought the Balance Shafts had were matched to the block?

The updated oil pressure relief valve (OPRV) might be same for all years but original parts from the 86' don't work for the rest.

The covers and the bridges that hold it in are. I dont think the shafts themselves are.

Waqqas,
5 gallons Jager....Ice Luge....1 keg Carta Blanca...3 strippers= 2.8l BIG BORE Project Party.

There simply cannot be a better way to spend $400.00 and relieve a little mid project stress. Let me know when...I will book a flight

More pics of the block before and after.
Also some pics of other projects we are doing...
The K20 is going into the red SI (this will be an all motor nitrous application)
The B18 is going into an integra we just bought at the auction(this will more than likely be a turbo project)
