I'm located in NYC...and am willing to travel anywhere if the car is awesome.
Low miles means below 20k miles...i justam not a red person because i cant pull it off. I hope you're not offended. Like car though!!

But i think that it is going to be EXTREMELY hard for you to find an 19+ year old car with that low of miles. People who own these cars love to drive them.
And even if you do find one with really low miles, not only will it e extremely expensive, but you will most likely need to replace MORE than if you bought an average-higher milaged car that has been taken care of and driven.
...Just my $.02

i know its unrealistic but still want to try...I am willing to put whatever it takes to make the low mile turbo run like new. Understandable that things will have to be replaced if a low mile car. Thanks guys! I like blue...but now that's just impossible. I know I know...hah!

For under 20K, you'd be looking at something from a collection. Might try some of the big auction houses like Sothby's or other's that handle estate sales. People die or they gotta make room for something else. As you can prolly guess...an enthusiast website ain't the place to find one, but someone here may know some sources that deal in estate sales. Then it's a matter of keeping current.
Hey...occassionally unfired 100 year old collector guns get auctioned off from a collection, so it's certainly possible. Maybe Jay Leno has one he'll part with. ;-)

What's that one collector car dealer out of Texas? I have seen their link here a few times. If I recall, they had a low miles Turbo S.
I can't remember the name of the dealer, sorry.
