I'd go for:

Powerhaus K27/8 or K27/8 turbocharger,
injectors,
software
3" turbo back exhaust

new driver's side fender (stupid PO [not dad. before him])
new paint all around (same PO)

that's about it. I'm really wanting just 300 HP with a factory airbox and call it good.

Get my car running (just a few small tasks left)
968 transaxle
late S2/968 hatch
rear coilovers
rear sway bar
front shocks
17" or 18" rims
tires to go with those rims
huge fuel pump
poly bronze bushings
front lip spoiler
possibly upgrade brakes
possibly repaint
upgraded A-arms

If I really think about it, I could keep going. Ultimately, what gets done and the order its executed in, all depends on what I end up using the car for.

I just want to get all the parts I have in my possession installed.

Then I want some shiny presents from Tim @ SFR - exhaust mainly, but I'd take an intake if I HAD to.

Have my turbo rebuilt and replace the cycling valve.

Putting the car on a 300 lb diet would also be cool!

wheels that dont need spacers (968 rims on an 86 951, previous owner... they look nice at least, poor bearings)
I wish it would transform and be my best friend and fix itself.
