On a more serious note... you'd expect some difference if comparing to a 19 year old used cat. A hew high flow metal cat with your HP, you would hope for not much difference... however, as you went up the HP scale, you'd expect that to change a bit.

I agree. Also if your not tuning the timing to the limit, you will be fine. Just keep an eye on the a/f's.

removal of the cat should yield a leaner mixture provided you keep the same fuel maps. the cat is a gas flow restriction. removing that restriction would allow more exhaust gas flow, leading to more scavenging and more air intake mixture drawn in, but with the same amount of fuel injected.
more air + same fuel = leaner
