Nope, I was actually headed West on I4 toward Winter Park this morning for the Concours D'elegance.

I think you could bet a decent percentage of your *** that most of us will be heading to Rennsport!
This is one of the WONDERFUL things about living in this part of the world... Being a half-hour drive away from Daytona when Rennsport comes to town is almost like the Beatles announcing that they're reforming for one gig every three years... and that they'll be playing an open-air gig right at the end of your street!
C'mon now guys... I don't wanna hear any "I'm washing me hair that weekend" excuses... this is gonna be a weekend of rare P-cars, FAST P-cars, shiny P-cars and scantily-clad babes, after all!
P-cars, sunshine, speed and bikinis... I think I might just drag my sorry *** out there...

Is was a real good turnout Friday and I for one got to put a face with the name of alot of you guys.
Now some of us were talking about a drive up together Friday and Saturday morning. The rest area that's just north of SR 434 on I4 has always been a good staging area, so how about 5:45-6 AM? Leave promptly @ 6 and stop for some breakfast along the way.

My pictures came out a little .... eeeh... average I suppose, but I can post 'em up anyhow.
Saturday I have to take my little one to his final soccer game of the season at lunchtime, -I'll see you guys up there though.
-Hey yesterday I FINALLY got to wash and clay the car... It looks like a MILLION bucks right now!!! -One thing about a white car being dirty for a while is that you sort of get used to it being a little dirty, then when you wash, clay and wax it, you really do get struck with how stunningly 'gleamy' it all is!!!
This week it's staying firmly INSIDE the garage: It's got a nice double garage ALL to itself,and I'll be finishing off the wax job, then polishing up the wheels, then polishing the glass, then blacking the tires and dressing up the rubber parts...
Holy crap, it's going to be beautiful by next Saturday!
Since I'm setting out so late, I'll probably be driving pretty quicly up there, so I was thinking of putting some cling-wrap on some of the front of the car, as a 'love-bug tear-off', or a sort of 'temporary Bra'... (heh... I'm not the first man who's ever contemplated a tear-off bra, I'm quite positive!) -Has anybody ever tried that before?? -How's it work out?

I havent recieved them from Jonathan yet so Im not exactly sure... I'll bug him today about it

As for the meet-up... i was thinking a little later on, like around 8, I mean I dont know what the schedule is going to be, but I assume things are going to be going on all day. I can only make it on Saturday though.
