Elliot,
Give Robin a ring. I don't think he'd have a problem for next Friday but he is preping a 993 for the Chin DE this Sunday. Strattons I know won't be a problem, so maybe there also.

Yea, Robin and Gary are very cool with people just stopping by and hanging out.

I actually need to get my alternator/volt.reg checked out and possibly oil pressure relief valve.

Steve, you know if Gary would have those parts on hand or be able get that taken care of in a day or two?

Thinking of dropping it off thurs. night and hope to pick it up sat.

SCORE.

I just talked to Robin a second ago, and he said he would love to have us all hang out there on a friday afternoon!

So, I found out the best date for him would be the 26th of this month, October... and he told me he would invite some of his 944 buddies as well to join us!

So here's the deal. Let's all plan for October 26th at about 5:30pm as our next meet, which will take place at Redbone Garage, located off Silverstar Rd. (if anyone needs directions just let me know) and I will keep in touch with Robin during the month to make sure the date is still clear.

Invite all your 944 friends!

Tonight I will cross post this meet on other sections of the forum as well as other forums (i.e. FloridaGerman.com)

hope to see all of you guys there.

Yeah... -Did it rain? -Did anyone try the German food & beer?

-I almost went to the bohemian garden (in Queens, NY) over the weekend; I was thinking of the Altamonte Oktoberfest, and I was there in spirit!

Oh, and I'm totally up for the 26th... I'll check with the wife to see if she has plans for me...

Sonnovva... ohhhh.... Jeeezzzz....

Why, lord WHY????...

-So I just got a call asking me to work an evening gig...

Basically a local orchestra is performing Carmina Burana on Saturday and Sunday [link] and I'm recording the concerts... except now I've been asked to record the dress rehearsal also, which (...of course...) is the evening of the 26th...

..And I wanted to go play with cars...

bummed!

Keith,

Do you think anyone would notice the little car noises that you're making while taping. A little vroom, vroom, background sounds good to me! Oh yea, and I too have gotten some la-te-da at Rollins.

Kick me your ph # again. Last time I called your box (ha ha) was full!!

Kieth, sorry you'll be missing out man!

How about Ben... you are familiar with Redbone right? Still have your car or did you sell it yet?
