Default SFR Stage II Header RHD

Has anyone fitted or attempted to fit these to a right hand drive 951?

I believe the stock headers are the same for lhd and rhd but I've heard there may be an issue with the steering dirve shaft for the SFR Stage II.

Tim's never seen a RHD 951 so he isn't sure.

I did a search but all I found was someone asking Tim.

I'm hoping someone can help me out.

Thanks.

How would a LHD header fit on your RHD? The RHD's use the opposite side of the 928 motor, don't they?

If you take some good measurements Tim should be able to help you figure it out over the phone

I think the reason no one has fitted them is that they won't fit, I wasn't prepared to take the chance. The problem is the collector and the steering shaft, they occupy the same space.
I am getting custom for my project.

Yeah I had an issue being RHD ordering a crank case vent system and the cylinder got in the way... headers should be ok I would think, they are a bit lower down.

Yeah, had the same issue - clutch master cylinder and pipe is in the way so the catch can can't be mounted.

I have had a look at the steering shaft and headers while holding my computer with the SFR's on screen. The collector looks like it will be tight but might just make it.

I'll send some photos to Tim but I was hoping somebody might know something.
