Are you doing a GE or a full GTE lart?

either way its a serious motor and i've seen plenty of swapped GTE cars make huge huge power. My buddy has a sc300 that walks bikes, modded exotic's, and the like.

I'm still struggling with no buying a MKIV myself.

Please report on your results. Pics would be nice as well. Are you gonna run the DR's?

Oh absolutely. Won't do a burn out in the box though. They're sticky enough cold. I will lower the tire pressure this time though for more of a footprint. If they (CV Cages) hold up to that... I probably STILL won't do a burnout. These tires will get insanely sticky. I'm SURE this car won't be happy with that much stick. I'm going to need some slippage to stay in boost and power without bogging down and having the ECU keep the retarted timing (meant both ways) Slowing me exponentially. It's going to be a trick.. IF I can keep the cage from breaking. I might do a soft roll-out so I can keep bog down to a minimum.

Forecast calls for Sun. We'll see.

Well. I didn't really raise the bar at all. I pretty much tied it. Top Ten 1/4 mile times updated.

I did exactly as I said above. BUT.... I went to a different track. Not as much up-keep on the lanes. Alot less sticky than Houston Raceway Park. I still managed to get some ok 60' this time.

Check out the update on CV Shafts Breaking. I think it worked. I beat on this thing 8-11 times tonight without any breakage.
