Pelican has it for $12 and they claim it's OEM Porsche.

Does anyone have a later turbo and can confirm if the tube is just a connector or if it has another purpose? Hopefully it's just a connector and I can save $12! Ha, ha, getting desperate with all these hoses adding up and up.

FWI W - I had recently tried to order that part from Sonnen as part of my build.

I was notified that is wasn't available. Hope you have better luck than I did.

This is an older thread, but still relevant. I'm in the process of doing a factory venturi delete and the hose running from the intake to the brake booster (951-110-223-02) is very long, and appears that it could run from the front vacuum port of the intake manifold all the way to the brake booster. All of the diagrams that I've seen, have the from manifold port going to the ICV and rear port going to the brake booster. Should I reverse these at the intake manifold (from original orientation with venturi) or cut the brake booster hose? After reading through the thread above, I'm unsure. Also, I got my hands on part #5 above at the intake boot and you can see it in my picture, it is an aluminum hose connector with a half-U shape that fits just under the coolant Y-pipe.

The diagram below is a Venturi delete running a boost controller.

Thanks! I'm not sure why the factory would make this hose so long...

To answer my own question on the hose length of hose 951-110-223-02, it actually reaches all the way from the intake manifold to the brake booster check valve. You must cut this hose to plumb in the T going to the black/blue check valve.

not sure if it is necessary to get it. I run the Laust 5 vacuum port and run the check valve from there.

Reading through this....there was question several posts back in the thread as to where vacuum line with the check valve goes...some described it as not connected/zip tied to the firewall...That vacuum line is supposed to go into the battery compartment and connect to a black plastic vacuum canister ....the connection on the canister is hard to see and get to so you have to take the black canister out to connect the vacuum line...It does not show up on the LR diagram, but you can see it on Chapman951's diagram...it's described as being a "vacuum reservoir"....I went through all of the small lines with silicone because my lines were a mess...some were hooked up correct, so were not, and some not connected at all...such as the one to the vacuum reservoir!...I have not yet done the venturi delete, but have the kit and I suppose I will one day while I'm in there for something else.. The car is running great so do not want to disturb a good thing at this point...just want to enjoy it...If it ain't broke, don't fix it....right?
