Source parts off Ebay. Seriously, it doesn't have to be that expensive if you don't want it to be, and you can still get like 98% of the same "performance" capability as some of the more expensive, reputable name brand stuff.

I moddified the front crossmember.

I just mocked up my cardboard intercooler (with endtanks) 24(L)18(H)x3.5(W) time to get the core and build the real deal out of aluminum!

I believe that Puppan's car is a 944 Cup Car. He has several video's of it on the web. The intake manifold would probably be one of the Porsche Motorsports goodies that came on Cup Cars.

Well, the bumper core is aluminum.. Its like a cross member of the frame.. (My personal thoughts)

Also, my words where "I am not going turbo".

It's a bumper core, not a crossmember Which supercharger are you going with?

bumping this up rather than a new thread...
can anybody with a totally stock chassis measure the below distance?
looking for center-center between the bumper shock mount bolts.
my front end is custom but similar to stock, i'm making a new brace bar like below and want to make sure to spread the rails the right distance, to make fitting the bumper bar easier.

27-1/4in center to center. Anything else while my front end and bumper is off?

Thank you.

I'm making a spreader bar to tie the frame rails together and also from which to hang an intercooler.

Getting closer...

So fyi, apparently it’s spec’d at 686mm (27in) +/- 3mm.
