Merry Christmas Everyone - especially those who are working today.
Thought I 'd share the Christmas day menu I planned for the guys and gals:

Complete Salad Bar (everyday event actually)

Onion Soup with croutons and provolone and swiss cheese

Cold Tray:
Oysters on the half shell
Sliced Smoked Alaskan Salmon
Boiled Shrimp on ice
and damn hot seafood sauce - open up those sinuses!!

Menu:
Prime Rib, from rare to well done
Small Stuffed Cornish Hens
Maine Lobster Tails
Fried Turkey

Cornbread dressing
Twice Baked Potatoes
Green Bean Casserole
Cheese Grits
Baked Sweet Potatoes
English Corn Pudding

Sauces:
Cranberry Sauce
Horse Radish Sauce
Blackberry Hot Sauce

Desserts:
Pecan Pies
Lemon Ice Box Pies
German Chocolate Cakes
Flaun Custards
White Chocolate Creme Brule
Assorted Blue Bell (everyday)
Yogurts (everyday)
Egg Nog (we can't spike it)

Assorted Nuts and Candies

Wind: presently 35 knots
Seas: 5-7'
Swell: 12-14', random 17'
Roll: 2-4°
Pitch: 1/2 - 1.5°

So...everyone is taking it a bit easy, boats can't work and they went in two days ago because of the weather. Have a great day, hope everyone gets a P-car related present!

This place will be very busy tomorrow...but it's pretty busy anyway!

How many are you feeding? That menu looks good better than mine. Need any walk-ins?

Merry Xmas to your bunch also
