Default blower fan stays on

On both of the 951s ive owned the blower fan keeps blowing a little bit when you put the **** to 0. This wouldent bother me much if it didnt make a squeaking sound everytime it does it. Is this normal for it to stay on? If so is there a wire i can cut so when i put the **** on 0 it goes completely off?

i had the same problem. there is a small clip/bolt thing (not sure how to explain it) but its a really easy fix. i told the local prosche shop about it while it was in, and they fixed it in about 10min while i was watching. hopefully someone else can explain exactly what it is and where.
