Default Got my rear quarter scratched

Today a unlicensed, unisured illegal allien driving a pos 85 plymouth voyager scratched my rear quarter, I'll post pictures later, probably no more than $250.00-400.00 dollars worth of damage. I can't even call my insurance because my deducticle is $ 500.00. Uninsured people sucks

You could have got lucky like me.... Do you not have uninsured coverage ? The std deductable for me was $200, but that was waved because I had contact info on the uninsured driver. Uninsured drivers suck !!!!! Hell insured drivers suck if the hit you while sitting still at a red light

yeah, the deductable for your uninsured/underinsured motorist property damage (if you have it) is usually different/seperate from your collision/comprehensive and might be lower
