elephant racing monoballs
hi all,
my rear castor blocks have given up the ghost...i'm debating whether to replace them with the elephant racing monoballs, or just go with 968 oems.
this is for a purely street driven car (atm) - are the ERs suitable for street driving, day-in, day-out? is there any problem with only replacing the rear blocks, or should i do the front bushings at the same time?
cheers,
chris.

I just installed in my front A-arms: the Elephant monoballs with the upgraded (968) casterblocks and Rennbay's 19mm racing ball-joints. I didn't feel the extra $130 was worth it to buy Elephant's caster block monoballs over the 968 caster blocks. This is on my '88 with Bilstein Cup suspension that's primarily a DE car, but street driven to the tracks. Initial impression is tighter steering feel, but harsher over bumps and expansion strips in road.
