I just had my old stock 'gate and Lindsey mbc replaced with a Tial 38 and the Greddy profec b spec II. I have done a search on this and while I can find some useful info I still need some help. I have just had the headgasket done (stock) and k-lined the valves, plus had the clutch replaced (stock) and LSD rebuilt. With the new 'gate and ebc what is the max boost I should go for? When you set it to whatever and the buzzer is going off is that telling you that you're overboosting (dangerous) or is it just telling you that you have reached max selected boost and it won't go over this to become dangerous? Like some others I find that it feels like it loosing boost up in high revs compared to the previous set up. I also have an Australian made chip which is from a reputable company (Powerchip) but I don't know it's vintage or it's parameters as it was in the car when I bought it recently.
