Hey guys,

Has anyone talked with Dedi, or anyone else that knows anything about our order? I've left Dedi two voicemails, one this week, one last week, and have not heard back from her. I am going to call again after class this afternoon. Let me know if anyone else has talked with them.

Thanks guys, and thanks for being patient with me on this! Its starting to become ridiculous on the sitting and waiting with no idea of how the order is going..

That is what I was told too, by that time, the summer will be over here. They don't seem to be too organized at Griffin, seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

I spoke with Alan Diumberto, sales director for Griffin.
Long story short:
The list of names was "held up" some where, so the full list did not get entered in to their system; only 4 names made it to the order sheet. Mine was NOT one of them.

Alan has stated that he will ensure all names are entered today, total of 25.

He is still quoting a lead time of 6-8 weeks, but has promised to "do better".

Any future contact should made directly with Alan.

Oy gevalt. SO I guess everyone needs to make sure they aren't getting double-charged! Hopefully they can get us these by the end of the summer...

Thanks for checking up on this, I hope to give Griffin a call this afternoon, and see what kind of information I can get from them. I am sure I will get the same information, but I guess we will see. Thanks again for getting ahold of someone, and getting the actual details. I just kept getting the run-around from all the people I talked with.

I'll try to get it by the end of the week. I am real busy the next couple days with presentations, and other stuff for my senior design project. I'll do the best I can to get the list by Friday.
