That end is priceless! LOL. Rock on, Duke.

Mine will soon follow. Not that you haven't heard it before, but I'm a rare color fanatic, that green looks rad.

Alright the first test drive is completed...
Remember that this car hasn't been on the road since October 2005!
The whole chassis, brake system and engine is completely new and most of it is custom specs..

The suspension feel amazing, rock solid and very tight and surprisingly smooth on harsh roads.

The engine runs very smooth and revs extremely fast compared to a stock 951. Lightweight clutch, balanced Fidanza flywheel, removed balance shafts, balanced internals etc. has paid off!

The engine is running just a rough base tune but there were no problem lighting up the 285's in second gear already at 12 psi

There's still a lot of work before it's really driveable on regular roads, but we're getting there.

Gustaf,
sounds good. my project will hit the streets next spring
Too much work with new house etc. Also lack of funds is a restricted factor, if you build it as it should.

I know what you mean all to well Olli! Amazing how long time these kind of projects can take when you have so much else to take care of.

How's the house build coming along?

Gustaf,
it looks a little bit different what it was when you last time saw it. It's ready and we moved in last November. Also garage is more or less ready. Lots of work to do outside. Garden is still at the starting point. The whole area is one big construction area, currently almost 100 houses are in the middle of building process.
