Need Help-problems with starting after filling up
 

The past 2 times the car has been filled up, it has had problems starting. It cranks and cranks, but won't fire. After trying several times, then waiting several minutes, it finally starts. This has only occured immediately after filling it up, any other time it starts instantly. Any idea of what might be causing this?

and you are 100% sure it only occurs after you fill up the tank?

Yes, so far its only happened immediately after filling up.

what happens if you fill her up only 90%
I wonder if the fuel sender could cause such a gremlin.(or the gluster for that matter) sounds silly but the only things I can think of that changes when you top up is that.

Thanks for the input, my only thought was perhaps there was some kind of vapor system that was malfunctioning. I'll see if filling it up to near full has the same effects, however I'm thinking it won't, considering that after running it down to near three quarters, and then restarting it, there is no problem.

Have you tried just stopping you car for ~5-10 minutes then trying to start it again? The reason I ask is because mine sometimes won't start if the car is stopped when the engine is up to temp then shut off for about as long as it takes to fill the tank.

You may want to try that and see if it's really the full tank that's doing it.
