Default Sad note - Iceshark

Just received an email informing me that Iceshark had passed away a few weeks ago. I don't know any details other than to say Dan's knowledge and experience will be missed. Hopefully his efforts to improve the lighting on our cars has been passed on so that people can continue to benefit from his work.

I'd heard the same...Something about an extended diving vacation. I can't believe he has passed away. Details????

OMG! This is just horrible! He was someone I really admired. His light kit was very high quality and works awesome. But as good as it is the real benefit of buying the light kit was getting to deal with Dan himself. The man treated me like gold even though I didn't do anything special to deserve it. He really went out of his way with instructions and assistance. I sincerely hope someone has been mistaken on this matter and if not I don't know what to say. Is there a charity or something we can donate to in his honor?

RIP, Dan. I met Dan in person just by chance when up in Minneapolis last summer - my friend happened to live at the same apartment as Dan. What a nice guy.

Unhappy Donations

If there is any type of donation that can be made, please post it on this board.

I have never delt with him personally, but from his reputation on this board I can say people of his caliber are a rarity, and will be sorely missed - by his products he has touched many lives, I know when I first posted on this board, ICESHARK was the talk of tons of posts...about quality and how great the products were - about the friendly service and wonderful help he provided. Dan, may your way always be lit by the lights you provided for our lives - go with God...
