I don't have all of the delivery info at this point. I know that they are actually being built as we speak. To the best of my knowledge, they aren't just laying around on the shelf. I will tell you that I got my bov from Forge in about 3 days after my card got charged. Since you're in Indianna, lets say less than a week, as they are in Orlando.
Otherwise, a few things can probably be expected. (Though I reserve the right too be corrected by Eddie when he gets back on Monday.) The actual money exchange/order part of this will probablt happen in August. (early)
Delivery will depend very directly on how many they have on the shelf. I believe that this gb will not only consume all existing inventory, but will exceed it. I don't work for them, so AGAIN, I reserve the right to stand corrected by Mike@Forge, once he/Forge gets directly involved. This GB may go through Eddie, in terms of all info etc. (I'm going too bet on that, in light of current controversies.)
So that's what I have for you guys at the moment. I may get more involved, depending on timing, as I will have much more personal time in August. Either way, we'll get things done on this as well as we did on the bov gb. Thanks. E

yep. No difference. As you might guess, and though the same parts fit SO many different cars, this is a luxury item, so they don't just fly off the shelf, hence the companies interest in doing a gb. Everything will be the same. I believe they are the only company that ACTUALLY manufacter's these. (read into that what you want.)
