OOOO! you were talking about the rear turbo setup!!! WHEW.
i thought you mispelled s"D"s and I was going to have to go find a better standalone.

yeah...that rear turbo setup might work on a drag car with a HUGE V-8 but for a 4banger street car looking for fast spool and whatnot...ah-uh.

Forget a rear turbo setup. I still cant figure out who thought that was a good idea in the first place. i guess it is simple enough, but a V8 on engine alone is torquey especially a 350 or 383 chevy. I was debating with a couple of guys on the 928 forum that want to do a similar rear setup. To me its just a waste of $, and on a 4cyl you would have a lot of laaaaaaaaaaagggggg.

btw, that rear turbo setup is a great idea BUT i think with all that piping that there would be alot of lag, plus all the weight from the long piping.great idea tho.just image someone rear ended you.

Well the piping cools the intake charge, but the miles of exhaust tubing also cools the exhaust charge, which is not that benificial for making turbo power.

Hi Shortyboy,
Yes, I'm running AC. No hot running issues. Got a Supra
IC but will install it after final tuning. Will move the oil
cooler up to where the stock IC is when I go front mounted.
The horrible part about using the RX7 oil cooler was the need
to fill up 10 litres of oil.
