To bad this nice thread about a awsome car, ended up like this. Its low, very low.

Rob, I realy like your car!! Not because LR build it, but because you got a freaking fast car! Yeah, maybee theres a faster car out there, and it`ll always will be.
But isnt the most important that you self enjoy your car?
Congrats on your finish project! One day I`ll be there myself!

Thats cool, not everyone should! It would be a plain world if everyone agreed. Sorry if you took offense Rob.
Nearly 2 pages wasted going from Rob's awsome machine, into something not needed.

Text can be edited, no matter what, nothing to deny in there.

You haven't directly flamed LR for a while, but i never mentioned that you did. I said "certain vendors" (hence more than one), so again you are assuming things.

You are giving out opinions? when i joined rennlist, you were one of the members that flamed me for not having experience, and to stop giving opinions. So now i am telling you to stop giving opinions, unless you spend time & money into building either a 2.5L with $40K+ or a 3.0L 8v both capable of 400+whp, then stop assuming things.

Anyways, this is already out of hands........kindly stop this........

You could had at least congratulated Rob for getting his car finished you know, you didn't even have to say "nice numbers" or anything.......that is a postive and related post in this thread.

Not flamed them? Oh, so constant denigration is ok?

I dont know, check the charter. You may want to define both states as well to be sure.

TurboX: 461, right? I know, thanks pal! And yes I am very happy with my car and the results.

Hos: What can I say, but thank you as always.

Overall, I think it's very sad that this thread got twisted. I hope despite NZ's comments it can get back on course so people can enjoy it. And thank you to everyone who is happy for me. I do appreciate that very much. But I mean, isn't that what it's all about? People sharing a common interest and passion for the ove of our 944Ts? Some people just dont get it.

Let's get back on course, please. Thanks again everyone.

I apologise for Rob's comments everyone, lets hope we can all get along. Thanks to all those that PM'd me in support. Some people are so blind to the truth, thanks again.

Rob: Why did you chose to go for an 8v instead of a 16v?? It is claimed that the 16v flows better, you dind't want to mess with a custom intake/exhaust manifold? too much hassle?

Both headers and intake are designed to bolt onto stock 951 head, no?

TurboX: Sorry. I dont have the car yet, and when I do get it I want to enjoy it. Enough is enough! I havent had my car for a very very long time. You guys can go and do your dyno stuff. And when you do, please post the dynos so we all can see and truly "be happy" for you both.
