Default before I pull the trigger, I just want to double check...

996 turbo twist hollow spoke do fit in my 88 turbo(non s)

would I have any problems without roled fenders, or should I get them rolled?

any rubbing issues?

should I change the tire size?

what tire size is recomended?

regards
chris

chris
there are 2 different rear wheel offsets for the 18s, nb and s
the nb offsets should fit if your cars offsets are like my 89
do a search on the 993 or wheel tire forums

but i wouldnt do it, 17s, yes

"I have heard the 11" rears will not fit our cars."

They would fit on an '86 because you can juggle spacers to center the rim. The trick is to center the rim between the outer and inner interference points. On my '86, I've got 17x11.5" wheels with 275mm tyres and they only rub at close to full suspension travel, on both the outside and inside at the same time. The rear wheel with the 65mm offset is what you want. Haven't seen anyone try this wheel on the late-offset '87+ cars yet.
