I'm considering sending my head to Lindsey Racing for a refresh while it's off the engine. In my opinion their turn around time is amazing!!

My question.........anyone that HAS used LR for headwork and had the velocity exhaust option done on their head??? Is the seat-of-the-pants difference worth the extra $150?

I had my head refirbished at Lindsey. 5 angle valve job, shim springs, surface the deck, and yes I sprung for the velocity exhaust. They did a great job. Fast turn around. Did the velocity option make a difference? I do not know. I made so many changes (larger injectors, fuel pump, ceramic coated headers, more boost) that I could not quantify just the velocity option. Sorry.

Would I choose the option again if I could re-do it? yes. $150 is not a big deal for me.
