We seem to have a thread to show off everything on our cars... How about a thread to show off where we work on our cars? I really need ideas for shelving / parts storage. Right now I just have a shelf with my tools, hardware, and books on it, and my parts sit either in the car or in boxes on the floor. I would like to add a small rolling tool chest, a proper work bench, and some wire shelves for parts and things. Also on the list is painted walls and floor when the ground warms up and the floor can be painted.

Here is a picture of my old "garage." Haha, it is really just a 10' x 15' storage garage, but believe me it proved to be very useful. Nickhance and I changed my head gasket in those crammed quarters!

I might be moving into a hosue with a two car near the law school. You guys might laugh, but you know what, I haven't had a garage for my 951 since undergrad. Freaking sucks. The biggest thing is the inclline. I might have to temp remove the batwing to get in and out of the driveway.

that contraption looks like a set of toe bars. You place equal length bars front and rear, centered on the chassis centerline. Take string, and run it between the two bars. Now you can take toe measurements on each corner with just a straight edge ruler.
