Timing will affect your results, but unless the timing is WAY off, I doubt you will see an increase of 35rwhp (to get you to 300rwhp). Not knowing the exact components you have, I suspect you need to change hardware not just the software.

Andrew, I don't have a plot of my boost curve, but I will follow your advice and will add more fuel perhaps 11.7-11.9 between 5-6k rpms.
John, I have a SFR turbo level one(k-27) it should be good for 350rwhp that's what's stated at SFR website. I also have 55# injectors, FPR, Test pipe, shimmed wastegate,LR, Stage II intercooler, LR Digital MAF & guru chips, I don't know what version of chips I have if 16 or 18 psi.
Thanks

Russ, Iam at work now but I will check when I get home, I did call my mechanic and he doesn't remenber what kind of plugs he installed in my car. He said he was sure they were bosch silver tip or platinum. also he didn't modified the gap at all.

Keep in mind that I'm certainly not a professional, but generally speaking sticking with a copper electrode plug that's one heat range cooler than stock would be the appropriate choice. The gap should be somewhat less than stock for 18 psi. Maybe .022-.024 ? There's a couple of good threads about plugs and gaps.
Anyway you look at it, new plugs would be a cheap experiment.

My suggestion would be to replace your plugs with copper gapped to .25 as stated above. Add a **** load of fuel between 2500 and 3800 rpm. Your just way to lean there. Peak torque with that turbo should be at 3700 rpm. Your not seeing it until 4300. What dose that tell you? Unless you can build torque early on you will never see the hp increase up top. Torque is used as a multiplier to figure your hp. Without the fuel you will never see the torque. The rest of the curve look ok. Concentrate on the rpms I specify. Try richening up that area and report back. You should see an enormous difference. Also richen up the part throttle. It should be no leaner than 14.7 under all conditions.
