NZ951..

The GTEC Pro was not accurate with respect to the "times" because of the 0 second reaction time.

In this case... you can just punch it when you're ready.

To be accurate, you'd have to add back in my reaction time to get the net 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, 60', etc.. times... and you'd have to drop the MPH a little as well....

But even then.. add at most .3 seconds for a rookie like myself.....

That run as with Contential Conti Sport 275's on the rear with a TurboS LSD factory tranny. The car was equipped with a padded roll bar, and powersteering pump/resovior/ps lines deleted.... everything else in the car (no spare or tool kit).

And... for the record... I have no idea if the GTECH Pro is accurate.... I simply posted pics of what the display read out. I've never taken this 951 or any 951 for that matter to a real drag strip.

However... the HP and TQ, and the rpms at which they occur are very close to accurate as compared to actual dyno tests on DynoJet dynos FWIW...

Tony your reaction time does not add to your 1/4 mile time though, it only puts you behind the guy next to you. You would still have a 10 sec car with a brass button or similar clutch.

I **** my pants when it hits 18. Once I get my EGT sensors in, when I get the ceramic headers from SFR (I think they have shipped) and the Tech Edge... I will run it at 20psi. I may need water injection then for the sake of it... but it is a jet engine taking off when it spools. I have a Tial 50mm BOV and I think the banjo fitting off the manifold is too small and the capacity of the BOV is too great causing some delay and surge. Its a bad boy turbo! I urge all boost lover to call Tim ASAP!

i measured 238 hp and did a 1/4 time of 15.6 @ 104mph with a very wimpy launch according to the gtech. i have test pipe and ape chips.

yeah, i was thinking that i could run high 13's with my current setup if i wanted to really launch it. i use the hp function most often since it doesn't seem so harsh on the drivetrain. the g-tech give hp at the wheels.
