What should I do with these two nipples (pic)?
Gotcha!
In the process of putting in the IceShark electrical upgrade kit and redoing the vacuum lines so I removed the intake manifold last night. This is a picture of the cycling valve. Notice the ripped line in the foreground (that should explain a few idling problems!). Towards the firewall there are two small rubber nipples sticking up circled in red. Should they be connected to something? What should be done with those? Are they related to the heating system?
Thanks!

They are a part of the recirculation/venting system I believe.
I've heard you can leave it unconnected.
Look at the vaccum diagram floating around and you'll see it.
