You can get the wideband without the splash screen, you just have to make a note of that in the email when you send payment.
944Willie- You dont need a boost sensor, It just allows the unit to act as a boost gauge and display realtime boost levels and peak/hold. It also allows input of an EGT sensor along with the A/F ratio...

an EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) is a tuning/reference tool, and with the datalogging/peak-hold this system allows---> makes for some excellent monitoring on a turbo engine.

I've got a track only 951 as well as my daily driver (and now a third one but that's another story). I am considering the Zt-2 for the track car and it appears that along with the EGT and Boost sensor will substitute for dyno runs as far as determining how to adjust A/F ratio. I recently purchsed the LR A/F ratio computer (from Songzzz) that interfaces between the AFM and DME. I wonder if the Zt-2 is as accurate as dyno runs? If so, I can run on the track for 30 minutes, download data to the laptop, analyze it, reprogram the fuel map, upload it to the fuel computer and make another run. Boy, doesn't that sound professional!

I was just wondering if it would be possible to use this WBO2 system with lindsey's mafterburner. I didn't see it listed as being supported, but maybe it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks.

OK guys,
This is a question for those of you who have EGT.
If I have the Zt-2 with boost sensor and RPM to tune A/F ratio, what does the EGT reading really do to improve the decision making ability to tune the A/F ratio?

i had a similiar question.. if i get the WB02, and i already have adjustable fuel pressure, but would i need one of the digital fuel controllers to control fuel delivery more effectively with the WB? i thought the ARC-2 did something like that... or maybe it was the apexi AVC-R...(but then do i need a map sensor and apropriate chipset?)

Claus, the main use of EGT along with A/F is to give you an idea of what EGT correlates to what A/F on your car, since cars differ in that respect. This is because most people permanently install EGT, not A/F as the A/F sensors don't last too long, and tend to vary more, so are harder to track than a simple max EGT. If you're permanently installing both or just wideband A/F, no use.

Kevin, the adjustable fuel pressure is a blanket adjustment across the board. If you're consistently rich or lean you can correct with fuel pressure. If you're lean at one rpm and rich at 2 others, then you'll need a more specific tuner like an SAFC or ARC2.
