Good to see those camber plates where they are supposed to be... as opposed to on your bench top...

Looking very nice...

headed to the dyno right now, car is in the trailer, Jim's wife is out of town and I'm working...DARN!
So, 2875# with driver and 1/2 tank of gas, 17psi w/104 octane. Do three runs, 1 in third, two in fourth.

338rwhp and 328 ft/lbs of torque, 17psi. stock head - oringed, stock intercooler, 55# injectors, LR III MAF, Kokeln Club turbo. I thought the torque would be higher but I was close on the hp as I guessed 345 but I was off on the estimate of torque.

Do you not put the weight of the car in the computer on a Dyno Jet like you do a Mustang Dyno? I've only had my car on a Mustang dyno. I think Jim is going to call John at Vitesse and get a set of chips. The car has Superchips in it with Mafterburner piggyback.

Just curious, how much does an average roll cage like that weigh? Best (cost vs. performance) material to use?

anyone else having problems posting pics today?

the roll bar in our car weighed #53 pounds - AutoPower race bar. I'm not sure how much the full cage weighed or the material from the wrecked car.

Ski, How was the fit quality on the LeMans spoiler. Any problem fitting it or modifications required?

John, it was already on the hatch, it came off the wrecked car - wasn't damaged in the roll over. The PO did complain how much work the guy had to do to drill it and fit it though.

Anyone got any comments on Toyo Proxies RA-1 vs Khumo Victoracer? We were looking at both with the Khumo being less expensive. Just got two new rear Yokahoma 032 R, the fronts are wearing much better than the rear of course. Any comments appreciated and ...has anyone tried the Nitto 555R or RII?

In my experience (3 sets of Kumho VR, 1 set of V700, 2 sets of Toyo RA-1) the original VR's are slightly faster but do not wear as well. The RA-1 wears incredibly good and is nearly as good at lap 20 as it was at lap 2. VR's tend to heat up too much for me, as do Hoosiers. I have not tried the new 710's yet.

Jason, no problem - appreciate the photo shop! That was actually our second choice but we thought the lime green would stand out better but if we tire of it, red it will be

Thanks for the comments Skip. Were the Toyo Proxies on the Porsche Cup Car series cars?
