Use this grease on those bushings. BTW you should have one of those new forks 3D scanned so nice billet ones can be fabricated :cheers:

I wanted to update my experience: not long after I replied above, my refurbished clutch fork cracked.

I had to pull it out and I replaced it with the new one from Porsche. The new one has been working without issue ever since.. needle bearings and all. This car is daily driven.

FYI in case contemplating new part vs refurbing. Just my experience

They are forged steel Mike so not sure you will be able to make them any stronger

CRAZY!! Everything looks cast to me all the time. Unfortunately forged materials can only be made from certain steels. There are superior steels for billet parts but I'm pretty sure no one here wants to spend double stock Porsche money on those parts??? I don't have first hand experience with the clearance issues around the fork, but thought it might be possible to make a section thickness increases in that area.
