I measured the ID of the black aluminum spacers and the washers both at 10mm. The OD of the aluminum spacers were 20mm, the height was 9.5mm. The washers OD was 18.5mm. The screw on caps/buttons are the only thing that would look difficult to procure, but maybe they are already on the stock top and those were just extras? Id have to take a look at my top, not sure on those.

Huge thanks Sam! Will see if they are on the existing top, if not will find some somewhere. Your dimensions make it all possible. At the time the after sales by Pilkington was not really much and had given up hope of ever seeing a kit. This will bring the roof back to usable, thanks.

If anyone decides to source the hardware by themselves; that style washer is a belleville washer. It has several names, but that will help when starting your search.

Count me in for sure on any news on these. I've only just obtained my 38,000 mile S2 and absolutely chuffed to have found this thread with a possible re-run on the Saratoga / Pilkington tops. Such a spot on option. I live in the UK but I'd cross the pond to collect in person if need be!

If they made a batch of black tint or clear, I'd be in.

Nothing new to report today. As mentioned previously, there appears to be some manufacturing issues related to hardware and Pilkington has not made any effort to follow up. I'll update when I hear something from them, if I hear something from them. As far as tint options - OEM gold is all that will be produced.

Stay on top of Pilk, they tend to go off track. Call them weekly at the very least.

I have an OEM Gold Saratoga Top in Lenexa, KS that is available, I need to research the going rate for an original in great condition. PM me if you're serious about purchasing and would like pictures - I'll swing by storage Saturday Morning and snap some.
