Default 951 throttle bodies

Is this the kind of system you're looking for?

I can't remeber now where I found it on the web, but I was searching for a-arms at the time. I recall the price was about $4500..

Saw one at Mosport last summer on a full race 951. The guy said he was getting about 500 HP.

That's a John Milledge Induction system (http://www.jmengines.com). It's $5600

The John's intake for the 951 is worth every penny.

I was thinking about making a kit myself, I have access to a CNC machine and tig welding gear, but some fundamentals on flow design are missing! As are TPS questions, vac line ports etc... I would be keen to try myself, but I dont have solutions to these problems.

I liked John at Vitesse's aproach... good intake manifold, two throttle bodies, great flow. JUST what I'll be looking for in an intake manifold as I see no reason to pay 5600 dollars for an extra couple hp and a tad quicker throttle response. I think John had it right for this group. Something lower cost, yet still flows very well.
John, do you have any news on this manifold?

You guys shouldn't whine about vendors selling crap to the 951 crowd. I came from the E36M3 world where everything was sold as if it was from Neiman Marcus. Check out the $650 electric cooling fan http://www.bavhypersports.com/products/drivtrai.htm designed to free up 3 hp.

Still working in it….it may be a while, pesky customers keep coming by with their projects (!).
