M030 hub replacement question

Hi,

I finally killed my left front hub at WSIR last weekend. Fortunately not on a high speed section of the track! Now I need a news hub, and of course, they are NLA from Porsche. Saw that they are @ Racers Edge, but those seem to not have ABS rings. Looking for thoughts on a replacement. I imagine that street driven 944s don't get stressed where track hubs do, so used could be an option if they are not coming from a winter/salt corroded area.

Any experiences or insights to share?

Thanks!

I have the Racers Edge hubs on my 968. You have to remove the ABS rings from your old hubs, and press them onto the RE hubs. It isn't a difficult job.

I have the same and had to re-use the ABS ring. As said, not difficult. The most difficult part of the replacement is getting over the sticker shock of the RE units.
If you spend a fair amount of time on track I suggest you upgrade to the RE units.
